Global support in seconds - that is TRUMPF Teleservice: machine and process data are evaluated online. Modern machinery furnished with a so-called open control provide the basis for Teleservice.
By means of the telephone line, an online-connection is established between the machine and the service technicianīs PC at TRUMPF. Despite being thousands of kilometers away, the service technician has immediate and direct insight into the situation at the customersī. This means quick reaction possibilities and reduces service-delegations in situ. The possibilities range from diagnosis in the case of a disturbance, to the configuration of machinery parameter and the transmission of NC-programmes, technology tables and software updates.
